i don't mean to lack nuances
but a lot of things labeled as "fighting for freedom" are mommy issues




i could go on forever about the concept of freedom and liberty
but i will just say one thing



you don't know what it's like to fight for "freedom" of any kind unless you're something like the eldest daughter of a middle-eastern household with very strict parents



and even back then i wasn't fighting for freedom when i wanted to party go out when i want and how dress i want  


that's not what i can qualify as fighting for freedom back then, but it was still more brave that those who label themselves as "freedom fighter".
